Cheat mode
Select the "Cheats" option at the main menu. Hit the following color crystals from left to right (in order). Red, Blue, Yellow, Red, Blue, Yellow. To accept the code, perform a downward thrust on the center pedestal piece. A sound will confirm correct code entry. The following codes may now be enabled in the same manner.

Unlock game completion bonuses
Hit Red four times, Blue four times, Yellow four, Blue two times, Yellow two times, Red two times.

Start at level 10
Hit Red once, Blue two times, Red two times, Blue once.

Start at level 60
Hit Red two times, Blue two times, Yellow two times, Red two times, Blue two times, Yellow two times.

Change game mode
You can customize the game by hitting Yellow (once or twice), Red (one to four times), Blue once, in order. The number of times that Yellow and Red are hit changes various aspects of the game, allowing you to create any desired combination.
