the Sacred Empire of Solaris, his identity is shrouded in mystery. Yet, his abundant
knowledge and strategy thinking saves Fei from danger more than one occasion.
A gentle healer whose hobby is tinkering with machines.
Chi's Comments: Citan is an average fighter. His healing magic is good
but not as useful as Billy's magic. His Gear is average too until you give it
a sword to use. Citan is better to use later in the game when he can equip a sword
on himself and his Gear.
