Luca Blight is the prince of the Highland. His insane ambitions and phychoatic
personality lead him to start a war between the Highland and the City State. His
bloodlust to win at all cost means hurting anyone and anything. Make no mistake
about it, he's one tough guy that you don't want to mess with. He does have a
hatred for his father due to some mistreatment his father did to his mother.
