He's a sergeant in the violent crimes division of the Konan Police Department,
and Tatsuya's brother. He is very intelligent and is able to think on his feet.
He despises crime and has a strong sense of justice. Katsuya is very tall, and
is always impeccably dressed, even down to the designer sunglasses. He is highly
regarded by his peers, who feel he should be promoted to Detective.
