Of all the characters Kite meets during his time online, Elk is the least serious about playing "The World." In fact, Elk is much more concerned about the time he spends with Mia-and with making her his
first real friend. Elk eventually becomes extremely jealous of Kite and seeks to limit the time Mia
spends with him. As such, Elk doesn't spend a lot of time online and isn't there to join Kite's party
too often.
