First she was Haseo rival in the Arena for the title of the Emperor in Volume 1 but due to circumstances that involve her friend, Sirius, Alkaid joins forces with Haseo to become one of his teammates to become the Demon Palace Emperor once again. While she has a strong attachment toward Sirius, Alkaid eventually developed a strong friendship and bond with Haseo.
