Rapp comes from Cafu. He is a young hothead reminiscent of someone else in this
game...uh justin maybe? He's basically Justin from a different part of the world.

Gash's Comments: Rapp is just like Justin in almost every aspect. He
has pretty high attack and moderate defense. His magic isn't as good but if you
work at it you can get it good. He has some good special moves though, so make
sure to get them.
