Seeing as how we get quite a few questions on certain things regarding this site, we decided to add a faqs section. Well, here you can find any common questions that you may have on your mind.

Q: Are you hiring any staff members??

A: Please check the Staff section for latest news on staff hiring, if we are hiring.

Q: I would like to hire you for my staff or would you like to help me out with my site?

A: No. We are currently busy working and maintaining this site as is. Unless there's pay involve don't bother asking.

Q: I have a fanfic, or fanart, or review, or codes or hints that I want to submit. How do I submit them?

A: Simple. Send a e-mail to fanfare@rpgdreamer.com. Please make sure to read the guidelines before sending them in.

Q: Can I do a direct link to a file like a midi file or mp3 file?

A: No, you may not. You can link to a page but not to a file. Linking directly to a file is considered bandwidth stealing.

Q: Where do you get all the stuff for your website?

A: From various places. Some from the internet. Some from Press Media Kits from Gaming Companies. Some from fan submissions. And some we produce ourselves through our computer hardware.

Q: Can I use your screenshots and stuff like that?

A: Sure you can. It would be nice if you give a little link back as to where you got the screenshots from though. Note this doesn't apply to our game title logos and the rpg faqs.

Q: Would you like to affiliate with me? If not, then how about a link exchange?

A: No. Rpg Dreamers no longer affiliates with any sites anymore. You may however request for a link exchange. See the links section of the site for details.

Q: I'm stuck on an rpg game. Can you help me??

A: Please read the walkthrough/faqs on the game in the Code section of the game if you are stuck. Or you can ask members of the Rpg Dreamers Forum.

Q: Please put up more pictures and midis for this game or can you please send me pictures and midis for this game so I can use it for my site?

A: What you see is what you get. We do not do personal request.

Q: Hey how come you don't have a game section for this rpg game and where are the Nintendo stuff and older rpg games from the 16 bit era?

A: Our main coverage consists of Sony Playstation 1 and Playstation 2 rpgs. That is where most of the rpgs comes from these days. But now and then we try to add in an rpg from another console if it is required.

Q: What are the submission guidelines??

A: A review should be an in-depth one. Don't waste time submitting a review that is only one paragraph. If you're going to write a review where other people are going to read it then write one that gives lots of insight to the game. Try to use the rating system that Rpg Dreamers uses. It's not necessary but would look much better that way.

Fanfics must have author name and title and game title. Fanfics can only be submitted in html or in word document.

writer name:
fanfic title:
game title:

Fanarts: must have artist name and game title.

artist name:
game title:

Important. Please read this carefully if you are submitting wallpapers.

Wallpapers: must have the artist name, game title, and brief description.

artist name:
game title:
brief description:

Brief description on wallpaper cannot be, "This is a wallpaper of Cloud." Don't be lazy. Put at least 2 or 3 sentences on your brief description. What motivate you to make the wallpaper or what is it about the wallpaper that you like or how you made it and what program you use. There's no more excuse for lazy submitters putting in, "This is a wallpaper of Yuna." If you're going to be lazy then we're going to be lazy and not post your wallpaper. People would like to know a little bit about your wallpaper. Be a little bit more descriptive. You can submit more than one wallpaper in one e-mail but if you are going to submit 3 or 4 different wallpapers in one e-mail then make sure you provide the artist, game title, and brief description of each of them. Don't simply send in a bunch of them saying these wallpapers are from this game.
So check...did you supply your artist name? The game title? And is your brief description good enough? Is your wallpaper at least 800x600? If you meet those criteria then your wallpaper will most likely be posted.
