Promise
“squall….. there you are I’ve been looking all over for you” rinoa said when she saw her boyfriend(squall) looking at the beautiful view of the garden
“im sorry…. Why are you looking for me anyway???” “quistis is looking for you” rinoa replied
“why?” “I think all the seed members are gonna plan a dance for the garden… and your one of the people who’s gonna plan it”
“they know that im not interested in dances” “I know but just try okay… like the dance when we first met and then we danced just like that”
“hmmmmm……okay.. when do they need me??”
“I think they’re gonna call you.. maybe next week?” “okay” squall replied
“hey after we plan the dance can you meet up with me here”
“sure” then she smiled at him then squall smiled back the smile that the people know that doesn’t exist
then he gave her a kiss
“rinoa while were free why don’t we take a walk?” squall asked still hugging her and looking at her
it was about to rain squall and rinoa didn’t notice because they were so hooked in talking to each other they only noticed themselves
“oh..oh I think its gonna rain” rinoa said to squall
then the rain began to pour
rinoa went to a place where she can be dry while squall didn’t move
“squall come on your gonna be wet”
“no….. you come here its fun”
then squall started to pull rinoa to the rain and they started chasing each other
and when squall got tired he lied down on the ground rinoa looked at him and gave him a grin and he smiled at her to.
Then rinoa poured a bucket of water over him
“hahahahahaha” both of them were laughing then squall started to kiss her and then she looked at his great blue eyes and said
“squall……promise me that you wont leave me”
“I promise”
“don’t break that promise”
“I would I do that…. I wont break my promise because I love you”
“I love you too” rinoa replied
“come on lets go dry ourselves up” squall told rinoa and then squall covered rinoa from the rain
when they were drying up rinoa started a pillow fight and she ended up winning
“hahahahaha” they both laughed
“heres a towel go dry yourself up” then rinoa gave him a towel because squall wasn’t dry yet then she sat beside him in the bed and she looked at him closely
“why?….what’s wrong??” squall asked
“no nothing” then she gave him a kiss
the next day when rinoa was walking she saw a drunk man and she saw that the man carrying a knife the man tried to kill her she started to fight back but the man was strong and her arm got cut by the knife the man was carrying
“HELLPP!!!!!!” rinoa started shouting “HHHHEEEELLLLPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!”
“rinoa” good thing squall was passing by he saw rinoa lying down and wasn’t moving
squall took out his gunblade he was so mad he beat the guy up until the guy was unconscious, after he went to rinoa but rinoa wasn’t moving she was bleeding badly
“rinoa … rinoa!!!!” he tried to stop the bleeding but it didn’t work then he carried her to the clinic.
He was so mad he went to the guards that was supposed to guard the gate
The guards saluted
“where were you 2 last night??”
“we were guarding sir”
“really and who’s the drunk man who almost killed rinoa”
“sir….um..um”
“WHERE WERE YOU 2 LAST NIGHT??? WHY WRENT YOU 2 GURADING PROPERLY SOMEBODY ALMOST DIED BECAUSE OF YOU 2…….. YOU WANT ME TO REPLACE YOU…. HUH???…I mean I can do that….. YOU WERE ASSIGNED HERE TO GUARD THE GARDEN….. good thing I was there or else she could have been dead now”
good thing zell was there to stop squall “squall lets go don’t mind them….go back squall rinoa’s okay now just go to her so that when she wakes up you’ll be there with her ill just talk to them” squall left and went to the clinic
“guys where were you both last night??…….. you were lucky I was here or else squall could have suspended you… rinoa was the one who got hurt last night and you know how mad squall can be when it comes to hurting rinoa… now where did you go last night?”
“we were just here sir….. but we were sleeping”
“okay…. Don’t worry were the only ones who knows this”
when rinoa woke up in the clinic she saw squall beside her he was sitting in a chair but his head on her hand he was sleeping
when squall woke up he saw rinoa looking at him smiling and he smiled back he got up and he kissed rinoa in the forehead
“I was so scared…….. don’t do that to me again” squall told rinoa
“ATTENTION TO MS. RINOA HEARTILLY PLEASE PROCEED TO HEADMASTER CID’S OFFICE IMMEDIETLY THANK YOU”
“I guess I should go there im already okay now anyway”
“let me walk you there”
a few minutes later
“ATTENTION TO ALL SEED MEMBERS PLEASE PROCEED TO THE LIBRARY NOW WE WILL HAVE A MEETING THANK YOU”
(guess I should go)
“so its all settled then…… were gonna have a great party okay dismissed….. oh squall you stay” quistis told squall
“squall I have a bad news for you….. um …..its about rinoa”
“what about her????”
“um….. she’s gonna leave us soon”
“WHAT?!? BUT…. WHY?!!!?”
“general caraway wants to be with her…… not I or you or anybody can stop her from leaving…… im sorry squall theres nothing I can do but to watch her go away….. she’s waiting for you at the garden to talk to you ….. this is the last time you’ll ever go near her and talk to her again…. You’ll just get hurt squall”
squall left slamming the door

he saw rinoa in the garden with two guards “rinoa…..whats going on?!?……tell me it isn’t true”
“guys could you please leave us alone” rinoa told the guards
“sure but you only have 10 min.”
“squall im gonna leave next week…. I don’t know why my father wants me to be with him but….’
“your 10 min. is almost up ms, heartily
“I love you and here take this “ rinoa gave him her necklace

then he gave rinoa a kiss
“Ms. Heartilly your 10 min. is up”
then one guard tried to hold squall and rinoa was being held by the other
the guards were trying to get rinoa away from squall
“SQUALL!!!!!!!” “RINOA!!!!!!”
squall punched the guard but it was to late rinoa was nowhere to be found she was transported to her room in the dorm

“umm.. general caraway hired somebody to cast a spell on the both of you everytime you get close to her there will be some kind of a shield and you’ll get hurt you might even die”
“does rinoa knows about this?”
“yes… when she heard it she threw a vase on her door”
“please… can you leave me alone .. please I really need to be alone right now”

“whatever.. I don’t like you” then squall left then rinoa saw squall and squall was just looking at the floor and he kept on walking he already saw rinoa but she doesn’t like to see her … he doesn’t want to look at rinoa. But he couldn’t help it he saw rinoa crying and he leaned his head down and tears started to fall on his cheeks “they broke up but they were the perfect couple” he heard whispers from the students near him

“we didn’t broke up”
“then why aren’t you going near each other and talking to each other hard to accept huh?”
rinoa wanted to go away but seifer was having fun teasing her
squall asw this but he couldn’t defend rinoa
(rinoa leave so that I can beat this guy up)
“look theres your prince charming now”
“HEY SQUALL WHY DON’T YOU GO HERE AND BEAT ME UP LOOK YOUR PRINCESS IS CRYING”
all the people stopped to look at what’s happening all of their eyes were on squall
“OUCH!!!!!” seifer is dragging rinoa so that squall can take a good look at her
“DAMN YOU SEIFER STOP IT!!!”

“I WILL YOU’LL SEE” squall was going to seifer but they were stopped by quistis
“seifer stop it”Irvine asked seifer zell was stopping squall and selphi was with rinoa
“seifer go to headmasters cid’s office he wants to talk to you .NOW!!!!”

squall saw rinoa walking going to her room .. they were alone
“rinoa” “squall……I miss you………. Remember the promise?”
“promises are made to be broken … you didn’t even promised me anything”
rinoa started sobbing
“rinoa im sorry I couldn’t protect you when seifer tried to hurt you… rinoa. Please don’t cry………….you know what ……….you know how much I want to be with you right now…..how much I want to hug you to let you .. to let you be comforted … oh god rinoa I cant live without you I love you’
then squall started to step forward so much pain in his body
“squall please don’t step forward..you’ll just die”
“then let me die being with you “
“squall… please I love you .. please don’t step forward …..i don’t wanna loose you I love you so much “
then rinoa ran backwards to leave squall she was sobbing and so was squall

when they saw each other the next day they just looked at each other
“squall where are you going ?” selphie asked squall
“im going to general caraway… im gonna speak with him please don’t tell anyone im begging you please”

the guards came in and threw him out and beat him up
squall was crying outside he had never been sad like this before

rinoa heard the news and went to squall in the clinic she cant go near him she was just looking at the window of squalls room
squall saw her and raised his hand towards her then rinoa placed her hand on the window
ring ring “hello general caraway speaking”
“dad I hate you….. I hate you a lot……. Why did you beat squall up…. Dad why are you torturing me .. dad I don’t wanna come ………. Goodbye dad but even if you want to go I wont “ beep beep
rinoa was really angry with his dad and general caraway made a descision
“hello may I please talk to mr.leonheart ?”
“what now .. you want me to kill myself now??!?”
“no squall im sorry for treating you like an enemy but rinoa’s not going with me I talked to her and now I understand how you feel for each other you got your wish please take good care of her”
“that means I go near her again?”
“yes”
“does rinoa knows about this?”
“no”
“thank you sir”
“well goodluck and goodbye”

the next day the day for the dance rinoa was sitting alone in a table selphie and Irvine were dancing zell and quistis are talking to each other in another table and she was alone
then she saw squall she smiled at him but squall just simply walked away
a few minutes has passed by and then someone tapped rinoa “excuse me”rinoa turned back to see the person who tapped her then she was looking at the blue eyes of the guy. It was squall
“may I have this dance?”
squall smiled at her she couldn’t believe it then he put his hand out and rinoa grabbed his hand and stood up then they were on the dance floor
“how did you…?”
squall just placed his hand on her lips and they danced
then there it was
“whenever sang my songs on the stage on my own…”
their song eyes on me
the others stopped dancing to look at the two
“I knew it…..i knew it…. They were really the perfect couple”
“I love you squall”
“I love you too rinoa”
“I promise that I will never leave you……..there I did it” rinoa said and they kissed
