Part I: the Soulless Warrior
It's been 3 months since Sephiroth has fallen. Cloud and the others went home as heroes. Cloud and Tifa returned to their hometown. Barret and his daughter move back to North Coral. Yuffie returned to Watai, Red XIII to cosmos canyon, Cait Sith in his real flesh to Golden saucer, Vincent back to his eternal sleep in Shinra mansion and Cid back to Rocket town where he's working with his crew on the Highwind Mark.2. Yeah Life was great but not for one soldier for he was a clone much like Cloud except he was much more efficient. >From all the mistakes and errors from Cloud Hushi made another clone named Kelvis. As a child Kelvis wasn't given a caring family with trusting friends. Kelvis was raise to fight his entire background was revolved around Shinra he never thinked not once for himself. All his life he was trained for following orders he never did anything not even some much as blink without being ordered to. Kelvis was the perfect combat machine since Sephiroth. He was well known around the force he killed people without hesitation he'd turn on his own comrades if ordered to. That's why he worked alone everyone was too afraid to work with him. If in a battle and his partner gets injured he would just leave him behind to get eaten by the monsters. Kelvis was a cold-hearted guy who never talked or shared feelings with anyone he didn't even know what feelings were? But now that Shinra has fallen he wonders the planet aimlessly in search of Shinra with absolutely nothing on his mind but the fact that he had orders.

One day in Cosmo canyon RedXIII one his daily patrol for monsters. Red stopped a small figure of a boy in the obis. Red immediately to the aid of the boy. When Red reached the boy he was lying down face first his cloths covered in blood. Red flipped him over… Red glanced at his face and stared hard for the boy looked like an exact replica of Cloud. He had silver spiky hair but the spike in his hair was more organized and tamed unlike Clouds hair. Red was just about to blurt out Cloud when he noticed it wasn't? " He looks no more than maybe 17." Red murmured He picked the boy up and threw him on his back and ran to the village in seek of help. After helping him out Red contacted Yuffie on the PHS.

RedXIII- Yuffie… Yuffie are you there? Yuffie!
Yuffie- yeah…yeah what is it?
RedXIII- Yuffie… I need you to come over to Cosmo Canyon and fast.
Yuffie- why what's wrong?
RedXIII-…

Red had turned off the PHS. Yuffie left at once to the Cosmo Canyon when she made it Red was at the front gate to greet her.

Yuffie: okay Red what's the problem?
Red: I need you to look at this strange boy I found.

Red and Yuffie walked up to the Inn where the strange boy was held in bandages.

Red- look

Yuffie stepped over and looked the strange 17-year-old boy. Yuffie's eyes grew wide and her mouth hung open.

Yuffie-Cloud? … No there's something different about this guy… I can't put my finger on it?
Red-I know I said the same thing.
Yuffie-Where'd he come from?
Red-I don't know I found him in the canyon his cloths where all bloody. Like he just got out of a battle.
Yuffie-This is huge his Silver hair makes him look like Sephiroth but at the same time his face is like Clouds. But his hair is also spiky too.
Red-should I contact the others?
Yuffie-yeah call them?

Red called everyone to the Canyon. Cid first so he can pick everyone up in the new Highwind! When everyone arrived Red led them to Inn.

Tifa- holy!
Barret- Cloud you have a twin?
Cloud-…
Cid- Cripes
Vincent-…
Cait Sith- whoa…

Everyone lean over him.

Tifa- Cloud do you know him?
Cloud- Yes… Yes I do… His name is Kelvis he is a clone like Zack and me. We tried setting him free like us but he refused to go. He stayed in his pod. I wondered happened to him all these years.
Red- want me to tell you what's more surprising… look over there.

Cloud got up and walked over to the table. On the table he had seen two weapons that sent a chill down his spine for he seen the Masamune and silver double barrel Shotgun. Both weapons used by someone he had faced before. Cloud froze

Red- that weapon was what he held inside his cape.

At that instant the boy opened his eyes the entire room was silent. Kelvis stood up with his spiky silver hair as spiky as ever.

Tifa-whoa… his eyes have an emerald green glow just like Clouds.

Kelvis took off the bandages and put on his cape. Without talking he walked past Cloud and shoved him to the side to get his weapons and left. He walked outside with no word to anyone not so much as a thank you.

Barret-wait just a DAMN MINUTE!

Barret ran out after him.

Barret-What's your problem you don't know how to say-

Barret put his hand on Kelvis's shoulder. With a fast and strong blow with his Masamune Kelvis swiped Barret's gunarm cutting it completely off. Barret screamed out in agony everyone jumped down to aid their companion.

Barret-ugh… guys this kid is…. Unbelievably strong….
Cloud-what he cut Barret's hand off?!
Red XIII- but why?

Kelvis turned around and walked away. He began to walk away. Yuffie's ninja star landed right in his path. Kelvis looked up at Yuffie, which she was standing on one of the big boulders.

Yuffie: stop right there!

Kelvis stepped around the ninja star and kept his steady path.

Yuffie: okay didn't warn ya!
Red XIII: Yuffie stop!

Yuffie stopped her assault.

RedXIII: wait just a second…. SOLDIER!

With that Kelvis stopped and turned around in form.

RedXIII: restate your last mission soldier!
Kelvis: MY LAST MISSION WAS TO DESTROY THE EX-SOLDIER CLOUD STRIFE SIR! BUT…. SHINRA IS GONE AND I MUST RECOVER OUR GROUP TOGETHER.
RedXIII: AT EASE… SOLDIER.

Kelvis stood normally.

RedXIII: Your new Mission is to insure peace and help us in the battle against evil Is that clear soldier?!
Kelvis: Sir

And so Kelvis did as was told. He protected the innocent and helpless. Without question he did whatever he was told. He did everything from cleaning houses to gardening work. Kelvis went to whoever needed him. Without a word of speaking. Kelvis never ate nor slept without someone having to or having to order him to. Kelvis did every job with a straight face and his spiky silver hair and emerald green eyes stayed spiky and shiny. Every night Kelvis would return back to Tifa's house from where ever he was to have dinner for he was ordered too by Tifa personally. Sometimes Tifa would give Kelvis the day off she tell him to go and have some fun, As expected Kelvis doesn't know what fun is?

Tifa- Kelvis go have some fun Kel…. You got the day off.
Kelvis- ……..?

Kelvis looked uncertain of what she was talking about. Kelvis never had fun he never had friends or a loving family… He grew up the exact opposite any normal kid would?

Tifa- didn't ya here me I said get out of here go have some mello out.
Kelvis- I… in the Shinra handbook glossary does not describe the word fun ma'am?
Tifa- huh… So your saying you don't know what fun is?
Kelvis-…

Kelvis glared at her not responding at all. He was very curios as to what fun was? Is it good… bad?… Dangerous?… Harmless?… Strong?… weak? Tifa tried to explain but the words wouldn't come out.

Tifa- ugh…. Fun is… well fun is?…
Kelvis-…?

Kelvis was all ears as to what this fun is?

Tifa- oh fun is when you do something that you really have a good time doing.
Kelvis- And what do I have fun… Doing?
Tifa- that depends on you…. What do you like doing?
Kelvis…

Kelvis couldn't answer he didn't know what he liked doing. Because he was in the military all his life. He never had a complete thought and since his minds so empty he doesn't even remember the last time he ever done something he actually liked. Not that he hated his job. Kelvis really didn't hate anything nor liked anything. For the first time in his life he had a complete thought.

Tifa- Are you okay?

His shining eye's darkened and he stood at ease without Tifa telling him. Kelvis was more and more curios as to what was going on with him he was talking to himself?…. he sat down and Tifa sat beside him…. Are you okay kid… He looked down at his hands….

Kelvis- I killed many.
Tifa- huh?

With creeping steps… Cloud stood at the steps without any one noticing him listening to the entire story.

Kelvis- I killed many people in the past…. And I feel something inside…
Tifa: your heart that's your heart!
Kelvis- I like fighting Tifa
Tifa- you just said my name^_^
Kelvis- I fight as fun you would say…
Tifa- combat huh?
Kelvis- yes I like battles…

Kelvis started to slowly realize what being a human is like.

Part II: Dark Resurrection!

After the little talk Kelvis started to take on new expericenes. He became friends with people and learned how to tell jokes. He apologized to Barret for cutting his gunarm off.

Barret- Don't worry about it kid.
Yuffie- whatever you did Tifa it really worked he is a normal funny guy!
Tifa- hey you two are the same age Yuffie why don't you ask him out?!
Yuffie- no way ninja's don't go on dates!!!
Cait Sith- hahahaahhahaha…. Kelvis!!! Tell me that joke again!!!
Kelvis- okay…. What do you get when you cross a owl and bongy cord?
Everyone- what…* trying to hold there laughter*
Kelvis- MY ASS!
Everyone- HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH!!!!!!!
Cid- you're all right kid!
Barret- yeah you're cool…. But at first you were kinder stiff!
Kelvis- I just missed out on a lot of stuff that's all…. Tifa helped me realize I was human too.
Cloud- Kelvis what where you up too while Sephiroth salvaged the land!
Kelvis- well since you bring it up…

Kelvis got really serious really fast. Everyone got silent and listened.

Kelvis- I was on my way to kill you and your friends…. The orders where from president Rufus himself. I set following your tracks and killing all that got in my way my mission was clear and the only thing I had to do. My travels lead me to the Temple of the ancients There I paused for a while I heard voices all over the place coming from rocks and glowing stones.

Everyone got really into the story at that point even Vincent.

Kelvis- I left that place as soon as possible… Then my travels lead me to the crater… There I had to fight my way to the center. Dragons, Ogres and Zombies. After I finely reached you some huge boulder callused on me. I fell uncouncess. When I had awaken there was a Blackdragon over me ready to thrash me the Shotgun Rufus gave was out of bullets and that broadsword that I got in the military broke. That's when I found the Murasame I grabbed it and finished the dragon with ease. After I crawled up the crater on my knees… I was loosing a lot of blood… I had to fight monsters and dragons while still crawling… The fact that my mission wasn't complete was the only thing keeping me alive.
Yuffie- that's really awesome…. And you made it all the way to cosmocanyon!!!
Cloud- so… that's what you've been doing huh… I'm impressed.

It was a rainy night in Midgar…. Everyone was having a good time. Getting drunk and laughing at Kelvis's jokes. Suddenly there was a scream of a child outside. Everyone rushed outside to see what it was about. When they go outside there was an entire army of Mech. Warriors they were over 8feet tall. They were all crowed around the 7th heaven bar.

Cid- what they hell?
Barret- Tifa get Marlene to a safe spot.
Vincent- They're from Shinra
Cid- Shinra is gone…. There's no firkin way!
Hojo- Not all of Shinra…
Cloud- Hojo!
Barret- we finished you off!!!
Hojo- infact you didn't that was my clone walking around on the surface of this planet.
Cloud-?
Hojo- indeed…. I cloned myself and let him walk about the surface…. I was concealed inside the very pinnacle of Shinra building!…. Now that my personal-

Hojo stopped and stared at Kelvis squinting his eyes…

Hojo- Kelvis?!?!?!… Subject No.3 HAHahhaha…. Now my plans are sure to succeed… .03 you were designed to be perfect with the combined personalities of Cloud and Sephiroth… You where constructed by the fighting styles of Cloud, Zack and Sephiroth. Your power would continue to grow and grow…. And you would never age for over 100 years…. Now I see how much you've grown… And everything is according to plan.
Kelvis- So…. You are my creator?
Hojo- yes… now destroy Cloud and his pestering friends THAT IS AN ORDER!

Kelvis turned towards Cloud and the others. He drew his Murasame and gazed at it. He remembered what Tifa had told him…. Shinra was through…. There was no more need to follow orders from anyone you are your master…. The Murasame was beautiful yet… Kelvis could still see the blood left on it by people he had soullessly killed for the sake of Shinra…

Hojo- 03!!! What are you waiting for kill them!

Kelvis turned around with the Murasame in his hand looking exactly the dark emperor himself… Sephiroth… He got in position for battle.

Hojo- you dare point your blade at me…. I AM YOUR CREATOR!
Kelvis- I realized that I am not meant to follow orders I have a mind of my own as well!
Hojo- THEN YOU SHALL DIE WITH THE REST OF THEM…. ONCE YOUR DEAD I WILL CONSTRUCT A NEW FIGHTER WITH NO MIND!…

Hojo walked back towards a giant robotic egg what looked like…. And pulled out of his lab coat with a glowing light in a glass tube….

Hojo- YOU ALL SHALL WITNESS THE REBIRTH OF MY SON!!…. SEPHIROTH!!

Everyone's eyes go wide even Vincent.

Hojo- AND HE SHALL BE 100TIMES STRONGER THEN THE ORIGINAL!!!

Hojo stuffed the glass tube into the egg! And then there was a giant blinding light that had everyone covering their eyes except Kelvis and Cloud. The metallic egg opened slowly… Then there was a metal figure walking slowly out of the light… It was a Metal Version of Sephiroth!

Sephiroth- hahahahahahahahahha….. I am back…. Hahahaahah

Everyone except Kelvis was stiff…. And afraid…. Even Cloud had fear in him to see him.

Sephiroth- Cloud long time… no see?
Cloud- you….!!!
Sephiroth- I'd like to finish what we started in the lifestream Cloud!
Cloud- HOW?!?!?!
Sephiroth-…..I don't feel like explaining!… Let's get this fight finished!
Cloud- fine with me!

Cloud positioned himself for battle. Sephiroth stood up straight!

Cloud- how are you suppose to fight without a weapon!
Sephiroth- I have a weapon!

>From his new shiny metal body… He pulled out a lightsaber the laser blade stretched out to the length of the Murasame!…. And then positioned himself… The two stood at a face off one move could decide the outcome of this battle! Everyone watched in fear… The thought of Cloud losing struck them all…. Except Kelvis…. He knew what would happen and unlike anyone Kelvis was not afraid of death… Kelvis knew who is going to win but he looked at the rest of their faces and saw that it would be better for them to see who was going to win. In one instant Cloud disappeared for those who are experienced can only detect his movements everyone was looking around…. Kelvis and Vincent could see what he was doing though… Cloud was bouncing around summoning the strength to use his Ultimate attack…. Omnislash….
Then all of a sudden Cloud stopped infront of Sephiroth.

Cloud- know what?!
Sephiroth- what?
Cloud- I've mastered the Technique I used to kill you the first time!
Sephiroth- I'll tell you now it won't work!…
Cloud- liar!… That tech has no flaws!… quit bluffing!… You may be in a metal body but your still the same!

Cloud rushed Sephiroth with all the power he had!….

Kelvis- first mistake Cloud!

Cloud rushed and next thing they knew Cloud was flying in the air covered in blood with a big slash mark on his chest his cloths all ripped and his spiky hair was no longer spiky for it had went down and swayed like normal hair. Cloud was defeated not dead but defeat he was KO'd

Tifa- CLOUD!!!!!!!

Tifa ran towards him crying!… Sephiroth looked up at Kelvis and the two stared at each other as if finding each other opposing. Sephiroth walked away with Hojo and the army of mechs. The ran poured down hard… and the thunder was fierce. Sephiroth was back and no one except Kelvis knows what he's planning.

Part III: The Secret

Floating over the seas on the Highwind Cloud lies stiff in the medic…. With Tifa at his bedside crying her eyes out… Everyone sat in silence… All though wouldn't show it everyone except Kelvis and Vincent was afraid of what was gonna happen next… A new Sephiroth on the loose… Cloud half dead… Also the Mechs going around destroying cities and towns. Midgar, Kalm, Mount Condor all destroyed! They were in more trouble than last time. They were so terrified of what might happen next that Yuffie got over her airsickness.

Barret- what now?
Cid- who knows….
RedXIII- we find Sephiroth!
Vincent- I agree
Cait Sith- But without Cloud?
Yuffie- yeah and Tifa seems abit off too… She needs time to compose herself
Cid- we…sure in some mess
Yuffie- I bet when Cloud wakes up he'll be 100 times stronger too!
Barret- your right yeah when that little spiky hair twerp wakes up he'll be stronger a lot stronger!… He's done this before!
Cid- yeah he'll be back on his feet in no time!!
Kelvis- afraid not…

Everyone was in a happy mood too….

Kelvis- He is just as afraid right now as any of you…. I can read his mind even if he wakes up it's true he'll be stronger but not nearly as strong as Sephiroth!
Yuffie- did you just say?
Cait Sith- you can read his mind?
Kelvis- Also Sephiroth
RedXIII- so you know what he's-
Kelvis- I know every move he makes before he even makes it.
Barret- you didn't tell us this earlier!!
Kelvis- I tried to keep one of my abilities a secret.
Vincent- so that means you knew Cloud was gonna lose that fight?
Kelvis- yes
Barret- WHY DIDN'T YA SAY SO WE WOULD HAVE JUMPED IN TO HELP HIM!!!
Tifa- yes explain

Tifa walked out of the medic… in tears

Kelvis- if you would have helped it would have made no difference!… You would all be in there right along side Cloud?
Cid- and you?
Kelvis- Me way should I have fought?… Sephiroth pose no threat to me.
Tifa- Cloud's your friend…. Friends look out for one another Kelvis…. That's what love is.
Kelvis- now I know next time….
RedXIII- so can you tell us what Sephiroth is planning now?
Kelvis-… He's going to revive Jenova.
Everyone- !!!!!
Kelvis- so we have to stop Sephiroth from doing that or the planet's really history.
Tifa- history from what?
Kelvis- Sephiroth is going to resummon Meteor…
Tifa- so the Lifestream will just destroy it!
Kelvis- Hojo has create something called Anti- Lifesteam… once infected to the planet it will add onto Meteors effect and wipe off all human life and while the planet is recovering Sephiroth will be in the middle sucking up all of that energy! Then he will be truly unbeatable.
Tifa- but what does Jenova have to do with this?…
Kelvis- Jenova is the very source of Meteor… if Jenova ever comes back to life… Meteor will be in full effect… but if she never returns Meteor will be weakened.
RedXIII- so what do we do now?
Kelvis- where was Jenova last killed?
RedXIII- In crater!
Kelvis- so that's where we're headed!
