General Viper is the leader of the Dragoon Knights in Viper Manor stationed
near Termina City. His duty is the protection of Termina City. His loyal Knights
include Glen, Karsh, Zoah, and Marcy. He is currently allied with Lynx inorder
to find the Frozen Flame. What his intentions are with the Frozen Flame is unknown.
