takes pride in his skill with special weapons and flame magic. He joins up with
Ryu's party while travelling.
Chi's Comments: Garr is simply your pointman. He's incredibly strong
with excellent high defense and hp. His only drawback is he's slower than a slug
and has absolutely zero mp. Best to include him at all times.
